Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager oversees all aspects of spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery. Reporting to the Spa Director, this role coordinates staff, budgets, and daily activities across salon, skin‑care, massage, and locker‑room areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate spa staff, covering reception, reservations, treatment rooms, and locker facilities.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms within budget constraints.
• Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of all spa areas and equipment.
• Assist the Spa Director with financial management, including budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and promote continuous service improvement.
• Conduct employee performance reviews, training, and progressive discipline as needed.
• Support orientation and ongoing training programs for new and existing staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to lead a team.
• Good understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and basic financial reporting.
