Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist provides front‑desk support for the spa and salon, ensuring guests receive a seamless and luxurious experience from booking to checkout. This full‑time position is based onsite at The Ritz‑Carlton in Doha and involves interacting with guests, coordinating with service providers, and handling financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule individual and group services using the spa reservation software and confirm appointments by phone.
• Check‑in guests, verify their details, and provide a brief orientation of spa facilities.
• Promote and sell spa and salon services, process payments, and manage cash tips.
• Maintain the reservations list, inform providers of last‑minute changes, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Balance receipts, scan documents for accounting, and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Uphold company policies, appearance standards, and confidentiality while delivering courteous service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
