Spa Receptionist – Luxury Hotel & Spa

About the role

At The Ned Doha, our Spa is more than a place to unwind, it’s a haven of calm, care, and thoughtful hospitality. We are looking for a Spa Receptionist who brings warmth, grace, and attention to detail to be the first point of contact for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Organise appointment scheduling to maximise time use and profitability while prioritising guest needs.
• Record accurate guest information, including contact and credit‑card details, and manage correspondence.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and provide information on spa facilities, benefits and health‑safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented reception area and ensure all public information materials are available and immaculate.
• Track turn‑away business and repeat guests using the Spa Software system and report to management.
• Handle telephone calls within three rings, answer internet and external calls professionally, and drive upselling and cross‑selling.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and communicated.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a receptionist or guest‑facing role, preferably in a luxury spa, hotel or wellness environment.
• A warm, polished and professional presence with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and confidence handling bookings and administration.
• Genuine passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Arabic language ability is an additional advantage.
