About the role
KBR is seeking two female Spa & Sauna Attendants for its Qatar site. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for members in accordance with club rules.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect shower areas, lockers, treatment rooms, and wet areas such as sauna and steam rooms.
- Greet guests, provide tours of the facilities, and escort them to treatments.
- Ensure adequate supplies of towels, robes, toiletries, and amenities in locker rooms and lounges.
- Monitor sauna and spa equipment functionality, report maintenance needs promptly, and enforce sanitation and safety protocols.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of hospitality experience, preferably in spa, sauna or steam environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, customer‑service orientation, and ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Professional appearance and attentiveness to guest needs.
Required skills
- Basic first aid certification.
- CPR certification.
