About the role
The Spa Service Expert supports vital spa functions at our Westin hotel in Doha, creating memorable experiences for guests. You will promote spa services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check‑in and payment processes.

- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule reservations, confirm appointments and check‑in guests.
- Process payments and handle transaction details.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with reservation software and ability to verify information visually.
- Physical ability to lift up to 10 lb unassisted and up to 25 lb with assistance.
