Spa Therapist (Female Area)

About the role

The Spa Specialist will deliver a wide range of spa services, promote spa offerings, manage reservations and ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments and check‑in guests.
• Process payments and handle guest inquiries about services.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 10 lb unaided and 25 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or certifications needed.

Required skills

• Ability to use reservation software and verify information visually.
• Strong communication and professional appearance.
