About the role
Join the luxury spa team at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha as a Spa Therapist dedicated to the male area. You will help create memorable, high‑quality experiences for guests while supporting the spa’s daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule and confirm reservations using the spa’s reservation software.
- Answer guest inquiries about treatments and facilities.
- Check‑in guests and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior spa experience required.
- Male candidates preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with reservation software.
- Ability to schedule reservations and manage appointments.
- Experience processing payments.
