Spa Therapist (Male Area)

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is hiring a Spa Therapist for its spa, located in West Bay Lagoon. The Spa Specialist supports several key spa functions and delivers a wide range of services so guests enjoy a memorable experience. The role involves promoting spa services and retail, scheduling reservations and confirming appointments, answering questions about services, checking guests in and processing payments.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products
• Schedule reservations and confirm appointments
• Answer questions about spa services
• Check guests in and process payments
• Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards and maintain a safe workplace
• Keep uniform, personal appearance and communication professional
• Work on your feet and move around, including on sloping or uneven surfaces
• Manage reservation software and read and verify information visually
• Lift and move objects up to 10 pounds unassisted and 25 pounds with assistance, and reach overhead and below the knees

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
