Spares & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Spares & Logistics Coordinator in Doha. The role covers maintaining spares inventory, coordinating spare parts movements and supporting inventory audits within an airline/aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the spares register and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Ensure critical hot-swap units are configured and readily available.
• Coordinate repair, replacement and disposal of spare parts.
• Maintain provisional-sum records and monthly consumption reports.
• Coordinate airside and landside movement of spares according to required approvals.
• Support annual inventory audits and keep proper documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in spares, logistics or inventory management.
• Experience in a technical or equipment-based environment preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inventory-management practices.
• Familiarity with ITSM and CMDB systems.
• Strong record accuracy and inventory-control skills.
• Good coordination and cost-awareness skills.
• Ability to comply with airport security, HSE and cyber requirements.
