Steward – Luxury Hotel & Resort

About the role

Join Rosewood Doha’s dedicated stewarding team and support the delivery of flawless food‑and‑beverage service. You will work under the stewarding supervisor to clean and maintain all F&B equipment, utensils, and facilities, ensuring every item is returned to the correct area and stored properly.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, cookware, and service items according to hotel standards.
• Return cleaned items to their designated stations and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain constant communication with fellow stewarding team members, chefs, and F&B associates.
• Assist with any additional tasks assigned by management, including special projects or event support.
• Uphold HACCP and food‑safety protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and vigilance in food‑safety practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
