About the role
talabat is expanding its tMart cloud‑store concept across the MENA region and seeks a Store Leadership professional to oversee daily operations of the grocery store in Doha. You will manage staff, inventory, and order fulfilment to ensure fast, accurate 30‑minute deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead store operations during each shift, including staff scheduling, routine maintenance and hygiene compliance.
- Manage ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and pick‑and‑pack processes to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
- Conduct regular stock‑takes, cycle counts and support inventory control procedures.
- Monitor fulfillment performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive productivity and profit gains.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant operations.
- Valid Qatar work sponsor for at least one year.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work hands‑on with various tools.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to enforce hygiene, safety and service standards.
