Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail outlet, drive sales performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership and brand representation to meet company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Implement and enforce operating procedures, brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Promote the company’s loyalty program to increase repeat business.
• Brief, coach and motivate staff, manage rosters, leaves and grievances.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, fashion trends and brand information to minimise stock loss.
• Oversee stockroom operations, ensure optimal stock levels and conduct weekly inventory audits.
• Monitor store security, address discrepancies and provide feedback to Area and Operations Managers.
• Handle end‑to‑end store operations, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, well‑groomed and physically safe for staff and customers.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, fashion‑aware and able to represent the brand positively.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform occasional heavy lifting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a retail team.
• Attention to detail, especially regarding stock loss prevention and visual standards.
