Store Manager – Jewellery Boutique

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑performing jewellery boutique in Barwa Village, Qatar. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with deep knowledge of 22K, 18K gold and diamond jewellery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead, motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage inventory accuracy and optimal stock levels.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to drive loyalty and retention.
• Prepare store performance reports, monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
• Coordinate with Head Office on marketing initiatives, promotions and operational updates.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of jewellery retail experience, including 2–3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
• Previous experience with Tanishq or Titan stores is preferred.
• Strong exposure to gold jewellery retailing, diamonds or traditional gold product categories.
• Experience in GCC or high‑volume jewellery stores is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; Hindi or other regional languages are a plus.
