Strategy and Performance Expert

About the role

SYSTRA is seeking a Strategy and Performance Expert to drive the development, execution, and monitoring of its annual business and operational plans. The role supports senior leadership by providing insight, analysis, and recommendations that enhance organizational performance across all divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating the annual Business Plan and track its implementation across departments, highlighting gaps and proposing corrective actions.
• Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities to optimise performance.
• Support the Strategy team on ad‑hoc strategic initiatives and prepare senior‑management presentations.
• Develop, execute, and monitor business and operational plans, evaluating opportunities through market research, cost‑benefit analysis and financial modelling.
• Maintain a consistent performance‑reporting framework, monitor KPIs, and conduct root‑cause analyses.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad‑hoc performance reports for leadership.
• Stay informed on global transportation and mobility trends to inform corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in business planning and performance management.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in transportation, mobility and sustainable engineering sectors.
