Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help us translate real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. The role is remote and project‑based, focusing on designing realistic consulting scenarios that train AI to perform high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios, including financials, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (market sizing, due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, etc.) for AI agents.
• Create evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate the scenarios into reinforcement‑learning environments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain situations.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience creating financial models, market analyses, and synthesis of messy data.
• Familiarity with consulting deliverables and evaluation criteria.
