About the role
The Physical Therapy Supervisor leads and coordinates daily operations of physical therapy services, ensuring safe, effective, patient‑centered care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role provides clinical and operational leadership to physiotherapists and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous learning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operations of Physical Therapy services.
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, patient‑centered care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Oversee workforce planning, service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
- Drive professional development and mentorship for physiotherapy staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support evidence‑based practice.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to strategic service planning and innovation.
