About the role

QIS is seeking an enthusiastic Physics teacher for Key Stages 3 to 5 to join its award‑winning secondary team for the 2026/27 academic year. The role involves delivering the English National Curriculum in a vibrant, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Physics lessons for KS3‑KS5.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain high academic standards and contribute to a positive learning culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in professional development and school events.

Required profile

• Good bachelor’s degree and a PGCE from a reputable UK university.
• UK‑qualified teacher with experience teaching the English National Curriculum.
• Knowledge of primary assessment practices.
• Enthusiastic, creative and a strong team player.
• Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) may also be considered.

• Strong Physics subject knowledge.
• Effective lesson planning and delivery.
