Team Lead Channels

About the role

Doha Bank is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Enterprise Channels to drive the development, integration, and support of its digital banking platforms. The role oversees a team of developers and specialists, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, API integrations, and other digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for enterprise channel solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and support Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Digital Banking applications.
• Integrate enterprise channels with core banking, payment, and third‑party systems.
• Review solution designs, technical specifications, and code for quality, security, and scalability.
• Manage releases, deployments, incident resolution, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, project and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor team members and promote Agile best practices.
• Monitor performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in application development, integration, and support.
• At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams or software projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
