About the role

Hyatt Regency Doha is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the Lebanese restaurant within its vibrant Food & Beverage portfolio. The role combines hands‑on service delivery with leadership, ensuring guests receive authentic Lebanese cuisine in a modern, stress‑free environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Lebanese restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain inventory, control costs, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Train, mentor and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine care for guests.
• International experience in luxury hotel brands, adaptable to diverse cultures.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Desire for continuous learning and career growth.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
