Team Leader - Recreation

About the role

The Team Leader – Recreation ensures the health, safety and welfare of guests using the hotel’s swimming pool, spa and gym. You will maintain a safe, clean environment while delivering exceptional, guest‑focused service and supporting the wider Recreation Department.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee health, safety and welfare of guests in the pool, spa and gym areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment in line with hotel standards.
• Provide accurate hotel information and assistance to guests.
• Support the Recreation Department with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Internationally recognised CPR/Lifeguard certification.
• Hospitality experience, preferably in luxury hotel brands.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests.
• Adaptability to diverse cultures and environments.
• Desire for continuous learning and career growth.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of English.
