About the role

The Technical Assistant provides high‑level clerical support across multiple departments, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and smooth project operations. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the role works closely with internal teams and occasional external consultants.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update databases in SAP, Microsoft Access and other corporate systems.
  • Organise, analyse and retrieve data, preparing complex reports and presentations.
  • Review and cross‑check clerical work for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Anticipate and resolve information‑processing issues to avoid disruptions.
  • Assist supervisors in compiling statistics, reports and presentation materials.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues on best practices and procedural precedents.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative/technical role.
  • Completion of secondary school education (12 years).
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of financial and budgetary processes is an advantage.
