Technical Coordinator – Quality (Oil & Gas)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator (Quality) to support a major oil & gas EPC project in Doha, Qatar. The role will coordinate inspection activities, manage Request for Inspection (RFI) workflows, maintain quality records and provide both administrative and technical support to the Project Quality Team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Request for Inspection (RFI) activities and inspection schedules.
• Monitor inspection workflow and produce daily and weekly RFI reports.
• Maintain Quality Deficiency records and reporting databases.
• Prepare quality reports, statistics and project presentations.
• Provide logistics and administrative support for quality personnel.
• Support document control, including registration and SharePoint uploads.
• Allocate quality inspection coverage and resources.
• Prepare monthly timesheets and overtime documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and project requirements.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or higher qualification.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience supporting major oil & gas or EPC projects.
• Proven experience coordinating inspection activities and RFI management.
• Strong reporting and administrative coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Effective planning, communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with SharePoint and document management systems.
