About the role
Vistas Global is hiring a Technical Lead (Database) for its Doha office. The role requires 5–8 years of experience in database management and design.
Key responsibilities
- Design and define data models that meet current and future business needs.
- Maintain database security, access control, and permissions to protect sensitive data.
- Configure, manage, and test backup and recovery processes for production and non‑production environments.
- Ensure database availability, performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational activities.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of hands‑on experience with database administration and management.
- Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and architecture.
- Proven ability to handle backup, recovery, and restoration testing.
