Technical Project Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise‑wide cybersecurity initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, align technical requirements with business goals, and ensure successful delivery of security solutions across IT and OT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure, including testing and commissioning.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues while providing regular status reports.
• Drive implementation of a wide range of security solutions such as SIEM, PAM, XDR, web and email security gateways, OT/IoT IDS, NAC, NDR, centralized monitoring, patch management, deception technology, vulnerability management, SOAR, threat intelligence, sandboxing, secure configuration and file‑integrity monitoring.
• Collaborate with security architects and engineers to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers, translating technical concepts for senior management.
• Identify and manage project‑related cybersecurity risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee third‑party vendors, monitor performance, and coordinate internal and external resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex cybersecurity projects in an enterprise setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to cybersecurity.
