Technical Team Lead – Core System

About the role

The Technical Team Lead will own the end‑to‑end development and implementation of a Python/FastAPI based Core System. You will define architecture, enforce coding standards and security controls, and work closely with business users, vendors and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and deployment of the Core System, including system architecture and integration approaches.
• Allocate tasks, supervise Backend and Frontend developers, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance and security.
• Coordinate integrations with internal and external platforms, support testing, data migration and post‑implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, report risks and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering enterprise‑level systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, technical leadership and communication skills.
