Therapist Team Leader

About the role

The Spa Therapist Team Leader delivers exceptional spa and wellness treatments while overseeing daily operations, service standards and team performance at an Accor‑managed resort in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a full range of massages, body treatments, facials and other approved therapies, tailoring each session to guest needs.
• Lead and support Spa Therapists during shifts, conduct briefings, monitor grooming, punctuality and attendance.
• Coordinate treatment schedules, bookings and resource allocation with Spa Reception and other departments.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and inventory, ensuring hygiene, safety and cost‑control.
• Monitor treatment quality, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Drive revenue by recommending treatments, packages and retail products.

Required profile

• Diploma or professional certification in spa therapy or related field.
• Hands‑on experience delivering spa treatments and supervising a team.
• Strong guest‑service orientation and ability to handle guest consultations and feedback.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations applicable in Qatar.
