Total Rewards & Policy Specialist

About the role

The Total Rewards & Policy Specialist will ensure Qatar Fabrication Company’s HR policies and rewards programmes are aligned with leading practices and support the organization’s business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Rewards & Organizational Development, the role combines policy management, compensation design, and job evaluation responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and update HR policies and procedures in coordination with all HR sections.
• Advise managers and employees on policy interpretation to ensure consistent application.
• Design and implement total rewards strategies, structures, and schemes, benchmarking against regional standards.
• Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations, maintaining grading systems and pay scales for internal equity.
• Collaborate with recruitment and leadership to determine appropriate starting salaries and packages for new hires.
• Support compensation and benefits administration, addressing queries and resolving escalated cases.
• Liaise with Learning and Development to align performance management outcomes with merit increments, bonuses, promotions, and salary adjustments.
