Training & Consultancy Coordinator – Turkey Market

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Training and Consultancy Coordinator to support NobleProg’s expansion into the Turkish market. The role starts as a one‑year contract with the potential to become permanent based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand learning objectives and recommend suitable courses.
• Organise training events, handling logistics, client requirements and post‑event follow‑ups.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within Turkey.
• Manage end‑to‑end event processes from inquiry to administration.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of leads, upselling training, consultancy and managed services.
• Support creation of sales and marketing collateral, proposals and RFQs/RFPs.
• Assist in recruiting trainers and consultants for the Turkish portfolio.

Required profile

• Exceptional organisational ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Proactive mindset with a talent for spotting and pursuing new opportunities.
• Familiarity with IT and technical training topics is an asset.
