About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Training Coordinator for its water business in Doha. The role covers the assessment and selection of training candidates, coordination of vocational training programmes and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the assessment and selection of training candidates.
- Manage and coordinate vocational training programmes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, QA, risk management and ISMS standards.
- Adhere to company health, safety and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- HR or Business Administration certificate.
- 3 years of experience in learning and development.
- Learning & Development specialisation certificate.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic, both speaking and writing.
