Training Manager – Beauty (GCC)

About the role

We are looking for a Training Manager to design, deliver and oversee training programmes that embody our beauty brands across the GCC region. The role supports field sales teams, aestheticians and massage therapists in hotels, day‑spas, salons and barbers, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt training materials, presentations and webinars that reflect each brand’s philosophy.
• Train field sales teams on product knowledge, advanced skincare application techniques and selling behaviours.
• Coach and mentor junior trainers, aestheticians and massage therapists.
• Oversee product demonstrations for hotels, day‑spas, salons and related venues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and PR teams on events, promotions and special brand‑building activities.
• Create feedback loops with channel directors and sales managers to maintain service quality.
• Plan, organise and support in‑store and on‑location events in partnership with the marketing team.
• Develop training strategies to increase market share and improve therapist performance.
• Manage the creation and delivery of training and sales support materials, including videos and communications.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of brand philosophy and culture.
• Proven experience training sales or beauty professionals.
• Ability to mentor junior trainers and lead cross‑functional training initiatives.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with internal and external partners.
