Training Manager – Beauty (GCC)

About the role

The Training Manager will design, deliver and oversee training programmes that reinforce each brand’s philosophy across beauty channels in the GCC region. The role supports field sales teams, aestheticians, massage therapists and partners in hotels, day‑spas and salons, while collaborating on promotions, events and brand‑building activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt training materials, presentations and e‑learning content for product knowledge and advanced skincare techniques.
• Train and coach field sales teams, aestheticians and massage therapists to ensure consistent brand messaging and selling behaviours.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and promotional activities with junior trainers and sales managers.
• Lead education conference calls, webinars and workshops to share best practices across the network.
• Partner with marketing to plan, organise and support in‑store and on‑site events.
• Maintain feedback loops with channel directors and sales managers to improve service quality.
• Oversee training policies, procedures and documentation in collaboration with the Division Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training, learning & development or sales enablement within the beauty or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of brand philosophy, product lines and skincare application techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple training projects, events and market‑specific initiatives.
