Training Manager – GCC Beauty

About the role

The Training Manager will design, develop and deliver training programmes that embody each brand’s philosophy across the GCC beauty market. You will create and adapt training materials, lead classroom and on‑site sessions for field sales teams, and support promotions, events and retail initiatives in both domestic and travel retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Train field sales teams on product knowledge, advanced skincare application techniques and selling behaviours.
• Mentor and develop the Junior Trainer and oversee coaching of aestheticians and massage therapists in hotels, day spas, salons and barbers.
• Design and deliver product demonstrations and webinars for prospects and key accounts.
• Create and manage the annual training calendar, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing plans.
• Develop and adapt brand protocols, treatment cost sheets and wholesale incentive schemes.
• Collect feedback, monitor training effectiveness and report results to sales directors and channel managers.

Required profile

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics (CIDESCO, CIBTAC or City & Guilds preferred).
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry, with 3‑5 years in GCC markets.
• In‑depth knowledge of luxury skincare, spa and salon channels.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and autonomous working abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, French or Italian a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence (GCC light‑vehicle licence preferred).
