Travel Executive

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Travel Executive to manage corporate travel for its Doha operations. The role involves coordinating flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring compliance with visa regulations, and optimizing travel costs.

Key responsibilities

• Process travel requests, arrange flights, hotels and ground transport for business trips and trainings inside and outside Qatar.
• Coordinate with travel agents, airlines and hotel sales managers to secure bookings and negotiate corporate discounts.
• Develop and distribute detailed itineraries for individual travelers and large groups.
• Monitor travel compliance with local and international visa regulations and ensure incident‑free travel.
• Certify travel expenses, reconcile invoices, and prepare regular financial and trend reports.
• Maintain travel policy documentation and advise staff on destination information and cultural considerations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business travel management.
• Previous customer support experience is desirable.
• Strong time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
