TS Controller – Messaging & Collaboration

About the role

The TS Controller will manage day‑to‑day operations and administration of the unified collaboration platform for Qatar Airways Group, ensuring high availability, security and performance across Microsoft and Google services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and related collaboration tools in native and hybrid environments.
• Provide 24x7 L2/L3 technical and functional support, handling incidents, requests and problem management.
• Maintain system security, availability, performance, and documentation, including disaster recovery and capacity planning.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and manage lifecycle upgrades for hardware and software.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years hands‑on with Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24x7 environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 stack.
• Google Workspace Suite (Gmail, Google Meet, Google Drive).
• Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Google Identity, PowerShell, MS Graph API.
• Monitoring tools such as Microsoft SCOM, ITIL processes, and scripting for automation.
