About the role

Qatar Building Company (QBC) is seeking an experienced Tunnel Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of major tunnel infrastructure projects in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

Lead the operations and maintenance of major tunnel infrastructure projects.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
10–12 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
Mandatory Ashghal project experience with strong knowledge of Ashghal standards and procedures.
GCC infrastructure experience is preferred.
Currently residing in Qatar and available for a local interview.

Required skills

Experience with Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM).
Experience with New Austrian Tunnelling Method (NATM).
Experience with Cut & Cover tunnelling.
Experience with Drill & Blast tunnelling techniques.
