Vice President – Data Analysis

About the role

The Vice President – Data Analysis will lead QNB’s enterprise‑wide analytics strategy, ensuring insight‑driven decision‑making across all business units. The role oversees the creation of executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, performance analysis and business intelligence solutions while managing a team of analysts and collaborating with functions to boost profitability, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of analysts, BI developers and MIS experts, setting clear performance objectives and OKRs.
• Define enterprise‑level KPIs, measurement standards and performance dashboards aligned with QNB’s strategic and financial goals.
• Drive data‑driven financial modelling, profitability analysis and scenario planning to support C‑level decisions.
• Collaborate with retail, corporate, international and digital banking units to deliver customized performance reports and analytics for marketing, CRM and product initiatives.
• Own the end‑to‑end analytics lifecycle, from requirement gathering to insight delivery, ensuring data quality, governance and regulatory compliance (QCB, GDPR, NDCP).

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics teams in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of banking data domains and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
