Vice President Digital Quality Control

About the role

The Vice President of Digital Quality Control will lead the quality assurance function for QNB's digital banking services, including online platforms, mobile applications, and other digital channels. This senior position combines strategic planning, leadership, and technical oversight to ensure the highest level of service delivery across all digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the bank’s digital transformation objectives.
• Establish key performance indicators, best practices, and cost‑efficiency measures for digital quality assurance.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the QA team, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the digital strategy roadmap and monitor financial and non‑financial performance factors.
• Coordinate with project delivery, product managers, and development teams to ensure high‑quality solutions and adherence to service level agreements.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress to senior management and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in software quality assurance, preferably within digital banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of leading QA teams and delivering high‑quality digital products.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
• Deep understanding of digital banking technologies and operations.
