Vice President – Fund Control (Private Equity)

About the role
Bridge Capital is looking for a Vice President to lead its global fund finance and control function across a multi‑entity private equity platform. The role will shape institutional‑grade fund finance infrastructure, overseeing accounting, NAV governance, investor reporting and third‑party service providers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead fund accounting and financial reporting for investment funds, feeder funds, co‑investment vehicles, SPVs, GP entities and carried‑interest structures.
- Oversee NAV reviews, investor allocations, reconciliations, consolidation entries and ensure accounting integrity.
- Manage capital calls, distributions, carried interest calculations, waterfall models and capital account administration.
- Produce timely investor reports, quarterly statements, distribution notices and respond to due‑diligence requests.
- Coordinate audits, financial statements, tax reporting, regulatory filings and compliance activities.
- Monitor liquidity, fund expenses, management fees, cash flows, FX exposure and subscription facilities.
- Generate performance analytics (IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, MOIC) and support performance reporting.
- Manage relationships with third‑party administrators, custodians, banks, auditors, tax advisers and valuation specialists.
- Partner with Investment, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Legal, Investor Relations and portfolio company finance teams.
- Build scalable processes, systems, controls and automation initiatives while leading and mentoring a high‑performing fund control team.
Required profile
- 10+ years progressive experience in fund accounting, fund control or private equity finance.
- Proven leadership managing teams and multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced institutional environment.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP, partnership accounting and fund financial statements.
- Experience overseeing third‑party fund administrators and outsourced accounting operations.
- Cross‑border experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA) advantageous.
