Vice President – Middle Office

About the role

Lesha Bank is seeking a Vice President – Middle Office to provide strategic and operational oversight of finance, accounting, and administrative functions. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective fund and SPV management, and timely settlement of receivables and payables.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting activities, including NAV review, financial reporting and fund reconciliations.
• Provide guidance on funds accounting in accordance with IFRS and GAAP.
• Coordinate with fund administrators on day‑to‑day accounting matters.
• Manage fund and SPV audits, working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor receivables, payables, cash flows and settlements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise administrative and operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Deliver financial analysis, insights and recommendations to senior management for business planning and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Strong financial expertise and solid accounting knowledge.
• Experience in fund accounting, audit coordination and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
