About the role

The Video Content Creator will produce high‑quality video assets for a marketplace classified platform, working closely with video producers, social media, and sales teams. The role blends creativity, technical editing expertise, and a strong eye for detail to deliver engaging visual stories that support marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring narrative flow and visual appeal.
• Apply color correction, grading, and post‑production techniques to enhance video quality.
• Integrate audio, music, sound effects, and graphics to boost impact.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize video ideas aligned with campaigns.
• Tailor video formats for specific digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and optimize file sizes.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations to enrich storytelling.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine future video strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Digital Media or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of professional video creation and editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to produce short‑form content for social media platforms.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and project‑management skills.
