Vocational Instructor

About the role

We are looking for a Vocational Instructor to deliver high‑quality technical training and support the development of courseware for General Engineering and specialty teams. You will work in a hybrid setting, combining classroom instruction with curriculum design to enhance the learning experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging vocational training sessions aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for general engineering and specialty short courses.
• Develop, update and maintain lesson plans, presentations, handouts and assessments.
• Apply modern teaching methodologies and technologies to create interactive learning experiences.
• Collaborate with instructional teams to integrate feedback and improve course content.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to learners to facilitate skill development.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training materials.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience as a vocational or technical instructor.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
