Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Hotel & Restaurant

About the role

The successful candidate will join a luxury hotel and upscale restaurant team, delivering personalized, high‑quality service to guests throughout their dining experience. This role requires a friendly, attentive approach and the ability to work flexibly across shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages following brand service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Promote and upsell menu items while providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Operate the Micros POS system for order entry, billing, and cash handling, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper table settings, and readiness of the service station.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and other F&B colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Tourism Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Professional appearance, excellent grooming, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and ability to thrive in a multicultural team.
