About the role
The Waiter/Waitress will deliver fast, accurate, and efficient food and beverage service to guests at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North. The role focuses on maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome, smile, and greet guests while providing attentive service.
- Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage items.
- Take orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Respond to guest requests and queries quickly and accurately.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Previous service experience is an asset.
- Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
- Basic Food Safety certification.
