About the role
This position is responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and efficient food & beverage service to guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained according to guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome, smile, and greet guests.
- Suggest and professionally upsell food & beverage products.
- Provide fast, efficient, and accurate service to guests and colleagues.
- Attend to reasonable guest requests and respond promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings to answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly and accurately to the kitchen and bar.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Previous service experience (asset).
- Basic Food Safety Certificate.
- Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
