AC Talent Coach

About the role

The AC Talent Coach will join the facilities team of a Marriott hotel in Doha, overseeing the performance and reliability of HVAC, air‑quality, refrigeration and related mechanical systems. This position ensures a comfortable environment for guests and staff while supporting energy‑efficiency initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting hazards and incidents promptly.
• Provide courteous guest service and maintain a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant mechanical or HVAC maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
