Account Management Specialist

About the role

The Account Management Specialist will support the management of relationships with Licensed Companies and tenants after licensing and agreement signing. Working closely with the Manager of Account Management, the role ensures high‑quality service, timely issue resolution, and strong client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with LCs and tenants, providing timely and professional responses.
• Act as the day‑to‑day coordination point for client requests, inquiries, and follow‑ups.
• Track account activities, engagement milestones, agreed actions, and outstanding requests.
• Support the preparation and coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Receive, record, and route LC/tenant queries to relevant internal teams.
• Follow up on outstanding issues, escalating complex matters when required.
• Monitor client satisfaction, engagement levels, and potential retention risks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Marketing, and other stakeholders to fulfill client requirements.
• Maintain accurate client and account information in CRM systems and prepare account summaries and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or tenant relations.
• Experience in real estate, free zones, business parks, or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑service orientation.
