Accountability Manager

About the role

The Accountability Manager supports the Project Management Group by overseeing munitions accountability processes for the GPMS contract, ensuring compliance with USAF standards and quality management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single focal point for munitions accountability across the contract, processing all transactions into TICMS and maintaining auditable records.
• Conduct audit visits and semi‑annual inventories of munitions sites, analyze trends, and develop monthly metrics.
• Maintain the Regional Ammunition Control Point and coordinate accurate contract reporting and correspondence.
• Assist in the development and management of munitions quality control, training, and explosives safety programs.
• Perform PMG functions in the absence of the Munitions Functional Manager and support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid home‑country driver’s license.
• At least eight years of experience with military munitions, including five years in munitions operations and two years supervising such operations.
• Minimum one year of custody account experience and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government clearance (US citizenship required).
• Physically capable of lifting/pushing/pulling at least 50 lb and able to travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with personal computers, Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Expert knowledge of USAF management, logistics and maintenance systems or equivalent US service systems.
