AEP Technical Lead – MarTech

About the role

Join Qatar Airways Group IT Customer & Digital Platforms as an AEP Technical Lead. You will combine hands‑on development, architecture leadership, and team mentoring to maximise the value of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) across the airline’s marketing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AEP data architecture, governance, XDM schemas, dataset taxonomy, identity stitching and batch/streaming ingestion.
• Define technical standards for Real‑Time Customer Profile, audience segmentation and DULE governance.
• Own integration architecture for activation channels including Adobe Journey Orchestration, Real‑Time CDP and third‑party airline systems.
• Deliver personalization use cases across web, mobile app, email and push channels.
• Collaborate with Data Science to productionise ML‑driven propensity models within AEP.
• Ensure accuracy, latency and reliability of Real‑Time Customer Profile across the Martech ecosystem.
• Mentor AEP developers, conduct code reviews and support career development.
• Partner with the Technology Delivery Manager to translate roadmap priorities into sprint plans and lead Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AEP implementations in complex, data‑rich environments.
• Strong understanding of airline data complexity and customer personalization challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to guide technical decisions and enforce best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted partner for cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO).
