About the role
Arabian Supply Center W.L.L. is seeking an After Sales Engineer to join its Service Center Team in Qatar. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical support, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence for the company’s industrial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective technical assistance to customers after product delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in after‑sales or technical support roles.
- Valid Qatar Residency Permit (QID) with transferable sponsorship.
- Valid driving licence.
- Fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
