Aircraft Mechanic – Trim – Cabin Workshop

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Mechanic specialized in trim and cabin workshop operations to join our maintenance team in Qatar. The role involves performing aircraft component rectifications, operating workshop equipment, and ensuring compliance with QCAA/EASA PART‑145 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and provide satisfactory service to internal customers.
• Operate and maintain workshop tools and equipment to meet productivity and time‑frame objectives.
• Interpret technical documents and written instructions to carry out repairs independently.
• Ensure all component rectifications meet QCAA/EASA PART‑145 quality requirements.
• Adhere to company health and safety policies and promote safety awareness within the team.
• Support the department head with additional duties and motivate team members by example.

Required profile

• High School, vocational or diploma qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven aircraft maintenance experience, including apprenticeship exposure.
• Ability to work independently and interpret technical documentation.
• Strong English communication skills.
